Q. How fast is the delivery?

We deliver free across the UAE using our air conditioned vehicles. Delivery will be between 9am to 9pm, all days of week and on public holidays too, across the UAE.

For locations in Dubai, order will be delivered within 5 hours. Other areas in the UAE, mostly will be delivered the next day. Our customer support agent will update you prior to the delivery.

Q. How can I change the delivery details?

Just call 04 4232510 or mail to help@bullfinder.com and we'll make it right. If it has been already dispatched, we won’t be able to change delivery address.

Q. How can I track my order?

An email will be sent once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Q. What is the Return policy?

Any product received by you as damaged will be replaced within 15 days, at no additional cost. This is applied to all products tangible / physical sold by Bullfinder.com. Customer should return the items in original condition and packaging – box and all accessories included in it when delivered.

We cannot accept the following: If product is damaged by misuse, damage due to malfunctioning of product, used or installed consumable item, those with missing serial / upc numbers or which are tampered, products with damage/defect not covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Either the full product or part(s) of it would be replaced subject to availability.

Q. How can I return a damaged product to get a replacement?

Let us know of the issue ASAP. To be returned within 15 days of delivery. Make sure it is returned in original condition as delivered. A fresh replacement would be sent at no additional cost.

Q. Can I cancel items in the order?

Items in an order can be cancelled before the item is shipped by bullfinder.com

In order to cancel an item in your order, please call customer service toll free 800 BULL (2855)

Q. How is a Warranty applicable?

If you take up a warranty, it covers for parts, repairs and such expenses. Please refer Warranty page for more details.

To make a claim, present your item to be claimed to our service centers . Our trained technicians will take care of the rest. If they are irreparable we give replacement.

You may drop the faulty device at bullfinder showroom/service centre or we would pick up at a nominal fee of AED.30/-

Tampered items of software will defuse the warranty claim. Batteries, adapters, mobile phone and camera accessories are excluded too. Damages from customer side would void the warranty.

Please note:

  • All cables and accessories should be in the box while returning for warranty claim.
  • Activated PCs, Laptops, tablets, Printers, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • The defective unit would be checked by our technical team. We wont be responsible for loss of data on the device. Customers should back up data in advance of repair.

Q. How secure are the payment transactions in bullfinder.com site?

We have a 256 bit SSL certificate by Thawte, and have implemented highly secured PCI compliant hosting. We are processing the online payment gateway with Etisalat.

Q. Is Cash on Delivery options are available for all products?

Some products are not offered on Cash on Delivery. Bullfinder.com support team may ask you to pay an advance payment for any item worth more than 4000 AED. This is part of our assurance program to deliver the quality products to our customers.
