Everything you really need to know about The bullfinder Warranty

Bullfinder Service Warranty *

  • Guarantee for 15 days. New replacement – if the item is found non-functional due to manufacturing defect, in the physical checking.
  • No charges – service or labor – for one year
  • Parts are not covered in the "Service warranty". In case of defect, parts charges apply.

Bullfinder Warranty for one/two years *

  • Warranty cover up to 1 or 2 years (optional), for your purchases.
  • Your purchase is valued with stress free protection.
  • When you buy an Extended Warranty, it makes you feel secure for years ahead
  • Our warranties cover repairs, parts and such expenses
  • If any part needs repair or replacement, it is done without any additional cost.
  • To claim a warranty, just bring the item to us / our service center, and it will be fixed by our expert technicians
  • In case the items are found not reparable after physical checking, you will get a replacement

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty is different from bullfinder warranty, the terms are different for each manufacturer or supplier. Bullfinder is following their terms and conditions for any products sold under manufacturer warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Bullfinder is providing two types of warranty for any products sold under bullfinder warranty; please refer the warranty details above.
  • Re-installing software, device or resetting would be charged nominally, if it is turned off due to inappropriate usage.
  • The defective unit would be checked by our technical team. We won’t be responsible for loss of data on the device. Customers should back up data in advance of repair.
  • Warranty void for batteries, dead pixels, power adapter, accessories, ink cartridges, printer ribbons, software and camera accessories.Our expert's report regarding the warranty will be final and no exceptions are offered.
  • All cables and accessories should be in the box while returning for warranty claim.
  • Activated PCs, Laptops, tablets, Printers, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • The defective unit would be checked by our technical team. We wont be responsible for loss of data on the device. Customers should back up data in advance of repair.
